Terms and Conditions
All club members agree to and sign the club application form and by doing so confirm that they have fully read these terms and conditions.
Whilst racing or doing turn marshal duties at the RCIS facility in Green Cove Springs, Florida, managed and run by RCIS ( RC-International-speedways) each member agrees to be a member of the drivers club and to sign an indemnity to openly state that they waive any rights
They agree to conduct them selves in a proper manner and have their own and others safety in the forefront of their minds
They agree NOT to hold RCIS, any employee, agent or owner responsible for any injury or damage to themselves, family members, spectators , personal property . They agree to take responsibility for their personal belongings including items left in their car or on a un manned repair station and hold no blame to RCIS for any loss by theft, accident or act of God INCLUDING RAIN.
They acknowledge that RC car racing is a form of motor sport and all motor sport can be dangerous
Parents of small children agree that they are responsible for them at all times within the confines of the facility and that no pets are to be brought to the facility at all.
They agree to park in the designated areas and pay in full for usage of power and time on the track.
They understand that any non-conformity with these regulations will allow RCIS to have them leave the premises and they will have no claim to fees, dues or money that may have been paid for memberships for any part of the year not used.
Non members may use the track at the normal daily usage rate and must sign a disclaimer prior to use of the facilities.
They agree to use the designated public address system and that missing a call is completely at their own fault. No retro action can be made of missing a race call or announcement.
