Any parts can be ordered for you and we can have them in store in a matter of days.
This will be a first: "Try before you buy" ! Be a member of the Drivers Club and put a $50 deposit to cover any breakages and you can take a trial unit of anything we have for sale for a blast. We have a model of everything for trial first.
NOTE: RCIS drivers club members will receive substantial discount, so come on down and register, and then save on all parts for the rest of your life.
Returns policy
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase unopened in its original packaging, with your original sales receipt within 7 days. Defective items will be accepted up to 30 days.
Refunds will be in the same form as payment and will exclude any shipping and handling fees.
Exception: All electronic items will be accepted for refund/exchange up to 30 days after purchase if it’s unopened and in its original packaging. Please contact manufacturers directly with any defects or problems with electronics. We may assist you with returns of electronics to manufacturers.
Return by mail
1. Place the item securely in the original package, if possible.
2. Include all paperwork, parts and accessories
3. Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number
4. Please don't send C.O.D.-we can't accept it
5. Call us at 904 284 9888 for return authorization
Lay Away Policy
• A Layaway contract is eight (8) weeks and requires a minimum purchase amount of $100.00.
• The Initiation Fee on all new Layaway contracts is $5.00.
• $20.00 or 20% down payment (whichever is greater) is collected when merchandise is put into Layaway.
• The Cancellation Fee on all new Layaway contracts is $10.00
• The bi-weekly (every two weeks) payment schedule for all new Layaway contracts is 25%
of the original balance due
• As long as the payments are made on time, the merchandise will be held for you
• Layaway merchandise will be returned to stock seven (7) days after a missed payment*
Layaway Transaction Rules
• Down payment and biweekly payments must be in cash, but final payment can be one or any combination of these acceptable payment options, cash, credit card, debit card, coupons, or gift certificate.
• New Layaway contracts cannot be created if you have other delinquent Layaway contracts.
• No partial takeouts or partial cancellations are permitted.
• Except where prohibited by law, there will be no price adjustments after 7 days from the
date you start your layaway. Multiple price adjustments on the same items are not
permitted. Price adjustments are not allowed on seasonal or clearance merchandise.
• Person initiating Layaway must be the same person finalizing Layaway. A picture ID is
required for all new Layaways, pickups and refunds.
• If you make a payment that is less than the minimum amount due; your payment due
date is not advanced to the next biweekly cycle. You are still obligated to fulfill the rest of
the current payment balance before the system will advance your next payment due date
NOTE: All layaways for 2009 must be picked up by December 15, 2009.
