RCIS Series

1.  To be considered in the points series, on road, oval or Off road all competitors need to be RCIS drivers club members

2. Non members may participate but they will not receive points for their positions and the points that they would have been due will be passed down to the next finishing club member.

3. Points are awarded in each class and are not transferable to another class

4. Points will be awarded in descending order from 100, one point at a time for each place.

5. Competitors MUST start and complete at least one lap of a final to be considered for points, i.e. there will be no points awarded for your qualifying position. So guys, weather, breakouts and "the wife called" will no longer be taken as an excuse.
However, if a race is abandoned totally by the race director due to a complete weather close out this rule will be relaxed and qualifing positions count toward a points total.

6. Timing

Nitro classes:

5 minute qualifiers
D and lower mains will be 5 minutes
C Mains will be 10 minutes
B Mains will be 15 minutes
A mains will be 20 minutes

Electric Classes including Short Course:

5 minute qualifiers
All mains will be 5 minutes

7. Race directors decision is final in any dispute
